The first installment of a regular feature here on SavinginSumnerCo. Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff is the first new recipe I have tired. Beef Stroganoff is one of my favorite dishes and I have made different recipes in the past but they are either time consuming or not as good as I had hoped. I found this recipe on Betty Crocker.com and loved it. It’s simple to prepare and the slow cooker does all the work for you. I would recommend cutting the cream cheese amount in half though as its really cheesy with that much cream cheese.
